Errors on a DIGI BOARD CARD

Help is required in deciphering the meaning of the errors listed below. System is working but I am not sure whether I can still trust this card.

Jul 24 17:43:35 spalive vmunix: (1)DGDXB ERROR: Bad open acknowledgement callback on serial channel, error_code = 4

Jul 24 18:03:32 spalive above message repeats 295 times

In order to better assist, please advise what operating system and driver version you are using.

Acceleport Xp (PCI)
OS HP-UX 11i v2
Driver Name dgdxb
(unfortunately no version number)
SimpleComm (114f0040) on HP
Digi Port Authority version is 2.4.37.

They are non-destructive errors, however, they indicate something is starting to go wrong/bad…

If you continue to see these errors, you may want to swap adapters, swap slots, or reseat the board in the slot, and blow off any/all dust on the board itself.
