Etherlite 16 - device not found

I have 3 of these and I’m not able to get any of them to work. I have tried network and crossover cables.

I have tried Windows 2003 Server, Windows 2000 Server and windows 2000 Pro.

I get a power light but no link activity. I have downloaded the utilities and the followed directions best to my abilities. Either I am missing a part in the setup or all 3 of my devices don’t work.

Any help would be great.

No Link LED means the Etherlite doesn’t have a good connection to the network.

It would be best to try plugging in an existing/working Ethernet connection from another device and plug it into your Etherlite to see if Link comes on. It could be a bad hub/switch, Ethernet cable, etc.
