I have some older Etherlite EL 160 and was asking what the Ethernet port speed and duplex settings would be to connect to a 9400 Cisco core switch. The device is currently auto negotiate at 100Meg 1/2 duplex and getting disconnects from the core switch frequently. Im wondering if hard coding the port speed and duplex would help the issues. So I need recommended speed and duplex on the Ethernet uplink port.
