I’m using AT45DB081E‐SSHN-B flash chip for AT45DB081D‐SSU replacement because it was already obsolete. Is the flash chip compatible with rabbit core? because with the old flash chip I’m not facing any problem when writing ID Block. With the new chip it always stuck at 2048/… or error 702 when writing ID Block
Any suggestion for flash chip that compatible with RCM6700 except AT45DB081D‐SSU?

It seems you are talking about the flash that the RCM6700 has? Digi has the serial flash patch at the below link, with this patch it does not give flash issue.
