we are using xbee3 802.15.4 for bluetooth-serial communication via micropython.
We found that sometimes the filesystem is emptied.
We are forced to reload the main.py via x-ctu.
What could be the cause?

I am not sure I understand the issue. Is this after you have changed the firmware on the module that you are finding that the file system is empty?

In practice during its use, we notice that we no longer receive data from the uart via bluetooth (Micropython).
Connecting the xbee to xctu and opening the file system, it is empty. (The loaded main.mpy file is missing). Is there something that could cause this problem? Could it be the power supply?
Yes operating the module below VCC Min’s can cause undesired results.
