How can I load code in xbee 865/868 lp module

I have Digi Xbee 865/868 lp module. In that mc9s08qe32 microcontroller. Iam using codewarrior 10.6 for programming .I can’t load c code on xbee module from codewarrior,USB-B type cable is using for connect board to pc.It listed as com1 on device manager.

1.Opened codewarrior 10.6,selected 'Create New Project',selected 'HCS08Q-MC9S08QE32,P&E Multilink/Cyclone Pro' 
 
 2.Selected P &E Multilink/Cyclone Pro and compiled it,debug it.on PEMICRO Connection Manager window selected interface as 'Cyclone PRO -Serial Port' and Port as 'COM1 :Serial Port1'. 
 
 3.Click on Connect ,then PEMICRO Connection Manger Not Responding ,Need to close the window , not loading my code.

Please help me to load code on xbee without debugger.

Sorry but you are going to need to talk to Freescale on that one. Digi does not support the Codewarrior 10.6
