I can ping(cmd) & connect(web) AnywhereUSB/2 but unable to connect through AnywhereUSB Remote Hub Configuration Utility

I am able to ping(cmd prompt) & connect (web interface) to AnywhereUSB/2 through IP but unable to connect through AnywhereUSB Remote Hub Configuration Utility
AnyWhere USB/2 - The system status light-green is on but the status light for two USB ports is off. Tried resetting to factory and upgraded latest firmware also using link : https://www.digi.com/support/productdetail?pid=3747 ; but still ubale to get the status light of two USB as green.
When power is switched on all three light glows up altogether thereafter only System status ligh remain on and rest two green lights for USB ports turns to off.

We see this behavior on our Windows Host Server. The only fix is to reboot the Windows Server and then it can connect to the Digi AnywhereUSB/14 device.
