I can't find my Zigbee module in x-ctu.

After I uploaded the “Zigbee router sensor firmware” (2421) to my XB24-ZB module, the module lost the communication with the x-ctu, and now I can’t connect with the module. Now, the Associate Led remains on all the time. I tried to restore the module to the factory settings in all the ways that I found on the Internet, but nothing worked out.
Do you have any solution to restore it?

That occurred because the Router Sensor Code is for the XBee Sensors products and disables the radios UART. You will need to use the Recovery function in XCTU’s Tools menu to resolve the issue.

I tried, but nothing worked. Can you tell me please the exact settings? Thank you!

I already tried these solutions and nothing works. I m thinking, if the uart connection it is disabled, how can i do a recovery?

If you are using an XBIB board, then these steps will allow you access to the radios UART via a back door and thus allow you to reload the radios firmware on. If that does not work, then you can perform the firmware upgrade over the air using XCTU and a Module in API mode that is associated to the same network as your End device.
