I have connection problem between my 2 s2c modules

I try to connect 2 s2c modules the final device is in AT mode and the coordinator in Api, the problem is that out of 10 times only 1 sends me the information

Are you using the Zigbee firmware, 802.15.4 or Digi Mesh?

If you are using Zigbee, make sure you are issuing a Global network reset before you power off the Coordinator and Router.
