Interface board connection problem

Hi

I have been using the RCM5600W for a while with a interface board from the standard development kit. Lately I have been having trouble with the kits I receive. The connection in between the interface board and the processor card seems to have problem. When i try to program the rabbit using the RFU or dynamic C, the program doesn’t see the processor. But if i try to program it when it is not clipped to the interface board just entered in the connector it seems to program.

Is it a known problem, is there anything i can do to fix it?

I would advice to contact Digi technical support.

It sounds like a problem with the connector if it stops working when you click it in place. If the connector has been damaged, you might need to order a replacement interface board.

Or, is there something on the back of the board that might be shorting to the metal clip?
