Programming port problem

I am with basic problem, that RCM 3400 module programming port is not working properly, how can I tackle this problem. The result is no RAbbit processor is detected.

I have checked the 10 pin connector pins
1> reset pin which is hi to low while compiling.
2> SMODE 0 is high, retains high when compiling
3> SMODE 1 is low and retains low while compiling.
4> data pin gives the data toggling high low high low(according to data).

find out at my own, I removed the 10 pin connector and place the new one.
now it crimped well and program can be downloaded.
