No firmware update found

I can use XCTU on an iMac via VirtualBox and everything seems to work fine except the firmware update. I have 2 xBees and each show a higher version # on Test but fairly low version numbers im Modem config. with Coordinator AT (2021). There are no other numbers in the drop down. I made the mistake of writing to the firmware and now the Test firmware is 2021, not the previous 2264.

Digidevice discovery finds no devices; download new version from web finds no updates. Help appreciated.

To get the previous firmware version and settings, you can click restore on the X-CTU.

Other thing, Digi Device Discovery only finds the digi devices those are connected to Ethernet or Wi-Fi in the same network as computer.
