While working with XBEE3 with XCTU, Following error is displayed even after the module is selected in search.
1003- Firmware not found in XCTU
MAC- 0013A200418D08D6
New firmware update doesnot take place.
Legacy firmware updation results in timeout errors.
Kindly advice further action.
Firmware version 1003 is considered as an out of date version of firmware. It would be recommended to update from this version to the current 100B or above.
As for accessing the older files, both use the same FTP site to download from. So the question is, are you able to access the current firmware files?
