I have a portserver ts16 that had been sitting around for a few years. I upgraded the firmware to the most current and now it appears dead. I think the post code should have been updated before the firmware update but it’s too late now.
Is there any way to fix this or did I just create a new paperweight?
If your unit is still under warranty this would be covered under the warranty. If not under warranty, you can have this repaired by getting an RMA for the unit, but the repair would be at your cost.
