Problem with XBee-PRO 868 long range module w/ RPSMA connector

Hello

i have

2 X XBee-PRO 868 long range module w/ RPSMA connector

the first i will call it RPSMA 1 and the second RPSMA 2

2 X XBee-PRO 868 long range module w/ U.FL connector

Everything is uptodate , every single module broatcasting to the entire network .

The problem is with one of the XBee-PRO 868 long range module w/ RPSMA connector

when i connect 2 Xbees inside the X-CTU terminal ,

when i am sending characters to RPSMA 1 from RPSMA 2 i get them fine , when i do the oposite from RPSMA 2 to RPSMA 1 i have problems , is not sending any characters , but if it send it will be very very slow …

the problem that RPSMA 1 Cannot recieve data…

the RPSMA 2 is sending and reciving fine , i test it with the U.FL type Xbees…

I wonder if it is hardware problem ,
until now i did the following

i swaped out the ftdi boards nothing
i lowerd the m.w power transmition
i changed baudrate nothing
i changed the AP mode to 2 for both of them , nothing
i set the one as router and the other as cordinator nothing

Please please help me…

I forgot to add the project that i want to implement.
i want at least 20 xbees to send to a coordinator xbee Temperature values in mesh network… also the coordinator in the future will send to specific xbees to open and close a relay
basically the 19 xbess will be as routers and i will hook them an analog temperature thermometer and a relay.
but i already stack from the first 4 of them…
