Our state agency bought 2 Rapidport/4s, and we want to make sure we have the latest firmware version, but we don’t know the part number of the modem. The modems are in a separate building, and it may take a while for us to get in touch with someone who has physical access. So, I was wondering if you can tell me which version we need.
