RealPort Setup Wizard Error (Code 14)

I am trying to install the RealPort Setup Wizard (40002549_K1) on a Windows 11 ARM virtual machine. The setup wizard locates my PortServer TS 4 on my network just fine. I then click the Finish button and the wizard proceeds to install, but about 2/3 of the way through, I get the following error:

"Failed to install Digi RealPort on your system. (Code 14)
Please contact Digi technical support with the following:
Error: 259
File: DgRpUI32\RpDevice_2K.cpp
Line: 223

I am running the Setup64.exe from the local C: driver and as an administrator. I also tried running the Setup64.exe in Windows 7 compatibility mode–same error.

Is there a workaround for this, manual or otherwise?

Rkonopka, I would suggest logging in and submitting a case at my.digi.com

I doubt that there is a RealPort driver for ARM architecture. Please check the Release Notes.

We do not currently build RealPort for ARM so this will not work. Only x86 and x64 are supported

While Windows 11 supports x86 emulation allowing setup to run the actual kernel mode driver can not be emulated.
