I tried the recovery firmware however after ask to reset radio module (I connected the pin 5 with 10)and it says "there is not an active bootloader in the module. We are using: XBP24CZ7WITB 003-revB. I can communicate with the module using serial console however i can´t add the module to xctu. I tried bypass, reset, and update at serial console but didn’t work.
