RJ45 (8-PIN) TO DB9

I have connected a device with an rJ45 (8-pin) to DB9. The device has a connection, but when I try to send a command it fails.

The connection stay with altpin on and off.

what could I try to solve this

Need more information:

  • What Digi product are you using?
  • What type of device is connected?
  • What pin-outs are being used?
  • Are you sending the command from a RealPort host? If so, what operating system and driver version is being used?
