I’m new to TCP talk, please let me know if this inquiry doesn’t make sense…
I’m using an S6B WiFi module as an IBSS creator in Soft AP mode and Transparent mode with TCP. I can connect to it just fine with an Ipad or PC and receive data over the correct port. I’m using the TCP Connection indicator to monitor connection status, but it’s not behaving the way I want it to. Instead of going active when I connect to the S6B with a device, it goes active when I actually open an app that accesses the configured port. Is there any way in this mode to get an indication of connection to the device rather than connection to the port?
