Hi,

I have a Dongle (Delcam FeatureCAM) safenet sentinel dual hardware key and when i connect to AnywhereUSB/14 the port not detect the USB Key, no power

This key work fine on another PC

What is the behavior of the USB Port LED (of the AWUSB itself), that the key is attached to? Is the USB Port LED Off or solid green?

Hi,

The light port is solid green but the dongle light is off also on the usb device viewer where the dongle is connect (port 8) = no device connected

When connect the dongle to usb on pc is work correctly and light is on and use 60 mA

Do other USB devices such as USB mice, keyboards, or flash drives, work on the same port of the AWUSB?

Yes other key work fine on the same port
