Setting Zigbee ZHA Profile with XBee S2C Module and Arduino Uno R3

Hi,
I am trying to set up zigbee ZHA connection with 2 XBee S2C modules and Arduino Uno R3 board.

One of XBee module is coordinator and another is end device.
Is it possible to use the Arduino Uno R3 board with XBee S2C module?

Also could you let me know how can I set up zigbee connection as ZHA?

Not without using the proper Shield.
