I was curious if anyone else has ever run into this before with the TS4. If you go to the Port Configuration Status page, device type is listed as “Type 10” followed by a string of garbage characters. We only seem to get this for Port 1, but we’re getting it on multiple Digi devices.
edit: It should also be noted that we can no longer edit the port settings via the web UI, or via hyperterminal.
