unable to find modem type and version

I am using XCTU tool to configure XBEE pro 802.15.4 S2 but I am not getting modem type and modem firmware version.Is there any way to find out and configure my device or is there any default version that i can set for my device.

What is the full part number for the radio in question? You will find it on the white label and should be something like XBP24-AWI-001.

My device part no:
XBP24-ASI- 001 revF
XBP24-Z7SIT-004 revL
i need a firmware version type for these two modules? Is it necessary to configure XBee 802.15.4 pro modules for communication? Is XCTU a only configuration tool to configure?
