I’ve been writing a Watchport tool in C++ for personal use.
It’s a daemon that polls any number of USB Watchport sensors asynchronously. The program is able to log data to text files and also implements a JSON-RPC interface which can be used by other application, for instance web apps or a script that feeds RRDTool.
I’m wondering if there’s any public interest in that. I’m also considering a Qt based GUI, reminiscent of the Watchport Manager. However I don’t bother with cleaning and releasing anything unless there’s a genuine interest.
