I have been trying to get the Watchport/H sensors working well with the Raspberry Pi; unfortunately the Edgeport 1-port USB-to-serial adapter is one of many adapters not supported well with the Raspberry Pi and causes intermittent hard hangs that even the Pi’s watchdog cannot overcome.
I would still like to salvage the sensor itself, and there are GPIO on the Raspberry Pi for a direct protocol interface (assuming it’s 1-wire, I2C, etc) - is the RJ-45 wiring available?
