Way to broadcast mesage from coordinator in transparent mode?

Is there a way to boroadcast data to all connected nodes from coordinator in transparent mode?

Or shall this functionality of broadcast domain be implemented differently - removing the coordinator and have all nodes in non-coordinator mode?

Yes, simply set the DL and DH to the 16 bit address of 0xFFFF
