Which serial port do I need?

I am running Fedora Core 2 and would like to know what would be the best multiport serial card to purchase for Point of Sale systems.

I will be running Televideo terminals with existing RJ45 cablilng in place already. They will run at 38400 baud using a pcterm emulation, unless something better can be offered.

What would be the best serial card for me? I like the Digi Neo and Acceleport Xp because they have RJ45 built into the card, so it’s 1 less cable to support.

Can anyone help?

Either the Xp or Neo adapter will work fine with these terminals.

However, we do recommend confirming that your existing cabling will work with the Digi RJ45 connectors.
