WR11XT OpenVPN Server failing to connect with OpenVPN client 2.4

I am attempting to setup an WR11XT as an OpenVPN server with the OpenVPN Windows client 2.4. I have followed Application Note 46 several times and I get the following errors:

WR11XT:
Lib: SSL routines
Func: ssl3_get_client_hello
Reason: no shared cipher

OpenVPN Client:

Hi

I would check if there is a newer firmware and check the ciphers you are using match both client a server end
