XB24-B Firmware update failed

Hello,

I have a module XB24-B, firmware version is 2264 (ZIGBEE ROUTER AT). I want to update to the ZIGBEE COORDINATOR API (2170). But during the update process, I’ve got error:

Getting modem type…OK
Programming modem…Detected baud rate difference
Make sur PC and modem baud rate is set correctly
Lost communication with modem
Write Paramters…Failed

And now I can not communicate with my modem with the button Test/Querry on X-CTU.

Did my modem die? What should I do?

Sorry, the problem is solved. I check to the box “Enable API” and it works.
