xbee pro module connectivity issue

Hello members

I have configured Zigbee PRO S2B module as Router and trying to read the configuration through X-CTU tool and it takes periodic retry to read the configuration or entering in command mode?

I am using XBIB-U interface with Zigbee module plugged and USB connection to PC.

Can anyone has observed this behavior and any solution to solve this?

Hi umesha, is the module in bypass mode? You can find how to do it in Help contents -> XBee Extensions User’s Guide -> Tips & Tricks -> 8.2. Configuring the programmable XBee -> 8.2.1. Setting the bootloader in bypass mode
