XBEE Transmission lossess

I used Xbee S2C in my project one as Coordinator and two as routers, I placed them 10 meter LOS in coordinator radius. Coordinator is in Broadcasting mode, when I transmit i.e. 25 bytes from coordinator only 22 bytes received at router side, some time data received in lots like 15 bytes immediate and 8 or 6 bytes after a second. After facing these issue I bought XBEE PRO S2B, but no luck. Is it in Xbee nature to loss data, I mean Xbee is not efficient or I’m doing some thing wrong. Please suggest possible solution. Antenna I used is wire antenna in both Xbee series.

One think what I observed is when I transmit data from router to coordinator data receipting is very fast and losses is around 0.01%, but when transmit from coordinator to router losses are high and less efficient.

Your Router is probably in Unicast mode, while your Coordinator is in Broadcast mode.

Hi,
Thanks for your valuable reply. Now I’m able to do with Xbee S2C but not with Xbee Pro S2B. When I try to make one of xbee Pro S2B as coordinator I simply update coordinator firmware, after updating firmware C symbol appear on xbee, but when I try to update router AT mode firmware, it updates successfully but nothing happens( no communication) nor R symbol appears on Xbee.
I wasted whole day doing it but no luck. Pls guide me on this how can I do this, am I missing any thing important which is applicable in routers, Same thing happen while I select end device.

Make sure the ID and SC parameters match?
