I would like to know, can XBee Wifi module support multi-hop using ad-hoc network?
No, XBee Wi-Fi does not do mesh or repeating, possibly on the roadmap for the future. Also note it does support ad-hoc connections with only 1 other connection; it is primarily targeted to be used in infrastructure networks, for the time being.
