The Xbee (ZB) is the same as the application public profile (HA) Home Automation?

No. ZB is the name Digi gives to its ZigBee compliant module. Home Automation is a public profile that runs on the ZigBee platform, which Digi does not currently support. Smart Energy is another public application profile, which Digi does happen to support however.
All ZigBee devices in the network must be running the same application profile to communicate.
