Recently brought a USB anywhere 2 to use it with windows 2012 R2 box hosted on a windows 2012 R2 ( hyper-v)
The ip address on my windows client box 172.16…32.6/24 .The USB anywhere is connected to the core switch with an IP address
172.16.31.3 /255.255.252.0
I am running the discover utilities (40002256_H or 40002256_G) from the 2012 R2 server (172.16.32.6) and the USB anywhere is not showing up on the list
On this windiws 2012 R2 box have installed the configuration utility (40002668_M) and it is not showing any devices
On further inspection noticed under device management I can see an error as below
Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19)
I have uninstalled the configuration utility and install it back a couple of times and still getting the same
From this windows box i can browse to USBAnywhere and do all configuration
There is no firewall
Any help will be highly appreciated
