Communications through cell modems

Hi,

I’m trying to talk from a computer through cell modems and a Digi One IA to a serial device but it’s not working.

Do I need to forward 2 ports??

I can communicate through the cell modems using Tiny Webserver on port 4000 to a computer, and can talk to the serial device if I plug directly into the Digi using port 4000.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Turns out it was the cellular modems giving me issues. Once I reset them back to factory default and changed the necessary settings everything worked.
