connect rockey3 dongle to AnywhereUSB/5

Hello,

We tried to connect a rockey3 dongle via anywhereUSB to a VMWare (vm). The Remote USB Hub Viewer shows the message “DeviceFailedEnumeration” and we don’t see the device in the device manager.

Is rockey3 supported for AnywhereUSB/5?

We are using AnywhereUSB/5 MHC, Firmware Version: 1.82.16.43 (build 82002581_L2 awusb5m eos 6/16/2015 9:37:41a), Boot Version: 1.09.9.86 (release 82002236_B awusb5 bootloader 8/31/2009), POST Version: 1.09.9.32 (release 82001552_A generic_travis hwdiag 8/27/2009).

On the windows 2012 R2 we are using AnywhereUSB Remote Hub Configuration Utility Version 3.80.200.

Any ideas why it didn’t works? With other devices it works fine.
