ConnectCore i.MX6UL starter board - SPI Device

Hello.

I recently got a ConnectCore i.MX6UL starter board and installed the yocto image as on the digi homepage described. Now I try to send data to another device by using the spi bus.
Unfortunately I don’t know how to enable the the spi bus on my ConnectCore. I can’t see any spi under /dev/ but under /sys/class I can see spidev and spi_master.

you need to enable it via device tree. Please see an example here:
