Digi One SP gives device locked on SCO Definitive

I have used the addpkg to install my Digi One onto a SCO Definitive server.

I can ping the IP address I defined and arp -a returns the proper MAC to IP information.

If I use the command “cu -l ttya01 dir” I get the message “failed: DEVICE LOCKED”.

Any ideas?
