Digi One SP Installation Issue

Hi,

I am attempting to install the device on our network. I followed the directions for the various install options but none are working as I cannot connect to the device. I have tried the following:

  1. Setup wizard - it cannot find the device on the network.

  2. ARP - I assigned an IP address to the MAC address but cannot ping it.

  3. DHCP - I reserved an address for the device.

Any assistance is appreciated.

Running a network trace while the Digi unit is booting up should reveal what is going on.
