I have two unboxed Connect Sensor’s that exhibit the same issue. The uplink to the device manager seems to work. I get all the health and port stats in the data services tab. However, the downlink doesn’t seem to be operational and flags a failure in the operations tab that shows a “Device not connected” error. Both units exhibit the same error on two different networks. The lastest issue of firmware doesn’t make any difference either. Anyone know what I am doing wrong. Thanks.
