Hi, I want to ask about the edgeport/1 usb to serial converter. It was working fine a few months ago and suddenly this week it had the error unrecognized device. I downloaded the driver from the website for Windows 7 and installed it but now it is being detected as TUSB3410. It happened to 2 edgeport/1 device. I checked the website and it shows that if the device is detected as TUSB3410 then its already broken. I tried using it on another PC and it’s working fine. Can somebody help me on this. I am running windows 7 32-bit. Thanks.
