Is there a guide available for connecting to a serial device over the Internet when using a serial Ethernet device server?

Yes, but it’s going to depend what product you are referring to. Digi has had 100’s of products over the years with serial ports.

I was referring to the Digi One SP

Im surprised that there seems to be no setup guides for the Digi One SP, …or maybe just a standard user guide.
