IX15 Uncorrectable Error in /etc/config/accns.json

Hello,

I recently obtained a Digi IX15. I’ve worked using this model before, so I connected to the web interface by connecting through ethernet and setting my Ip/mask. I tried to change the default admin password/hybrid settings, but got the following error message:

After poking around a bit, I discovered an error immediately after logging into the terminal:

I’ve been led to understand this is the file that stores changes to configuration. I’ve tried to read this file using both the web interface and terminal; in the interface, the file isn’t visible, and in the terminal, I do not have permission, even though I have full admin rights. I’ve tried changing the firmware to the alternate version, as well as clicking the erase button. Nothing has helped with this problem.

Is there any way to correct the error in this file?

What firmware version is installed on the device and what version did you try to load?

What browser are you working with?

I am using google chrome. The versions are as follow:

It looks like you are running very old versions of the firmware. I would strongly suggest creating a Remote Manager account, connect to the Digi Remote Manager, then update to the latest version released.

I don’t have a sim card for the device at the moment, so I downloaded the firmware from remote manager and uploaded it to the device. The firmware current version has now been changed to 25.8.1.6, and the errors are still persisting.

This is where you really should create a support case and provided the system report.
