Hello,
PortServer TS H MEI dosen’t work on any serial devices.
We are trying to connect to console of the NetScreen-5GT provides Firewall+VPN, using Console Management protocol.
The cat5 is connected to Port1 on front of PortServer and to a Console Adapter also added a male-male gender changer to accommodate the NetScreen-5GT.
We successfully able to SSH to PortServer IP address then ‘connect 1’ to Port1 with TeraTerm.
However, PortServer will respond continue with the following prompt:

Digi PortServer TS H MEI @model numbers:70001919
Serial Port Configuration:
Port Profile: Console Management
Serial Configuration: 9600 8N1
Port Security Settings: Allow network access to the serial device from all devices and networks
Advanced Serial Settings: default settings
Please offer a suggestion for a fix or recommend troubleshooting tasks.
