pinning up signals on Edgeport?

I use edgeport devices in a one-way fashion and it would be very useful to pin-up/nail-up DTR and RTS on my end so that the far end would know if my link failed. Is there anyway to do that within the configuration? (vs. jumpering pins together?)

Are you looking to control these signals via software rather than jumpering them together via wire? If so, then you can use a serial library or standard Win32 commands to raise and lower the signals.
