i have accelport 8r PCI intalled on my Windows 2000 server, it was detected and installed, i have connected one modem to cable 5, i heve tried to detect the modem, but no thin!!! i’m surelly wrong, so how to start using my accelport???

Please list the part number of the adapter and the part number of the cable.
You may have an rs422 type adapter and/or cable, neither of which will work with a modem. Most modems require an rs232 type serial port rather than an rs422 type.
