Unknown Device in AnywhereUSB Viewer Utility

Hi!
I have trouble with AnywhereUSB/14.
I see in AnywhereUSB Viewer: DeviceFailedEnumeration: Unknown Device.
After reboot device AnywhereUSB usb-key normally functioning.

It sounds like you “worked around” this problem by rebooting the AWUSB/14. So, what is the problem then?
