I can’t seem to get USB Anywhere to work… The remote machine will detect the device, but it will be yellow. It is almost like the remote machine has figured out the device isn’t physically attached. The remote machine are hosted on an ESXi host. The virtual machine in a Windows Server 2003 machine.
What is yellow, exactly?
Please upload the following screen captures:
- AnywhereUSB Configuration Utility
- Device Manager (maximized) with the “Universal Serial Bus controllers” section expanded.
At this point it won’t even share a bar code scanner. My USB Flash Drive will no longer get detected on the host machine. I am attaching a screenshot.
I think you have our product confused with a competitor’s product. Our product is the “AnywhereUSB”.
