X-Bee Ch. 26 2.475-2.480 GHz Problem?

I have an Automatic Guided Vehicle system using XB24CZ7SIT-004 radios on two channels, 25 & 26.
This is the first time I’ve used the new channels and my customer is having Comm. problems on the Ch. 26 radios. Are there any known problems with the new Ch. 26 (2.475-2.480 GHz)? It’s a long distance for me to do a new radio study.

Are you aware that these two channels operate at a lower power level?

No I was not aware. My Ch. 25 radios work fine with good range. Is there any difference in the power of Ch. 25 & Ch. 26? Thanks

I think this explains why I have problems with Ch. 26, & not Ch. 25.

I’ll change my Radio 2 (Ch. 26) frequency.
